Making sure Dublin Airport’s new website helps customers have
a stress-free, enjoyable journey.

As part of their website redesign, Dublin Airport needed to make sure their content was working to serve the 26m+ passengers who use the airport every year.

With a legacy design that felt information-dense and difficult to navigate, I worked with the VML x Dublin Airport team to review content design and write the UX copy for the website and app.

In a matter of (literally) days, we delivered an easy-to-use, friendly, and beautifully designed site.

The work

Deliverables:

  • Review and improve the content design for key user journeys (e.g. book parking, book a lounge, fast track, car parks, getting to and from the airport) for clarity, ease, and speed.

  • Research, develop, and write the UX copy for 8x core web site pages, navigation, buttons, labels, tags, microcopy, guidance, and more.

  • Research, develop, and write the page content for 8x core web site pages, error messages, and FAQs.
