Making sure Dublin Airport’s new website helps customers have
a stress-free, enjoyable journey.
As part of their website redesign, Dublin Airport needed to make sure their content was working to serve the 26m+ passengers who use the airport every year.
With a legacy design that felt information-dense and difficult to navigate, I worked with the VML x Dublin Airport team to review content design and write the UX copy for the website and app.
In a matter of (literally) days, we delivered an easy-to-use, friendly, and beautifully designed site.

Review and improve the content design for key user journeys (e.g. book parking, book a lounge, fast track, car parks, getting to and from the airport) for clarity, ease, and speed.
Research, develop, and write the UX copy for 8x core web site pages, navigation, buttons, labels, tags, microcopy, guidance, and more.
